St. Cloud Is Getting a Little Hotter!

Strack Construction is celebrating the completion of our 14th Dave’s Hot Chicken location! Our continued partnership with Dave’s Hot Chicken has brought multiple projects to life, and we’re keeping the momentum going with this latest addition to the brand.

The heat is turning up as St. Cloud celebrates its grand opening on Friday, October 23, 2026! We’re glad to play a part in bringing this fan-favorite to the community and supporting the brand’s continued growth.

A special thank you to Charlie Hexum and Rob Wise of CBRE Group for their work as real estate brokers, along with all the project partners who helped bring this project to completion.

Congratulations to the Dave’s Hot Chicken team! Here’s to continued growth and many more projects together!
